A hands-on workshop for anyone working one-on-one, with couples, or in small groups — coaches, counsellors, therapists, facilitators. We’ll explore simple, practical, reproducible action methods drawn straight from psychodrama. Action methods are processes that use movement, visuals, actions, in the moment reflections, active imagination, creative and artistic ways. They work for the client and best of all they work really really well for the practitioner employing them. These action methods promote curiosity in both practitioner and client. They create fun, free-flowing thoughtfulness, and promote a very direct experience of getting un-stuck.

You’ll see, experience, and play with five safe and contained applications that will be carefully demonstrated and practiced with colleagues.
